Some important news about JEE Main 2015
Joint Entrance Examination(JEE) Main will be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) under the ministry of human resource development, GOI. JEE Main 2015 will be conducted the JEE Apex Board for admission to undergraduate Engineering Programs in NITs, IIITs and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions etc. For admission to NITs, Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) like IIITs etc. and other participating Institutions, the merit/rank list shall be prepared based on 40% weightage to school Boards marks in class 12th or equivalent examination and 60% weightage to JEE (Main). The weightage to school Board/Equivalent examination marks shall be considered only after normalization.

JEE MAIN 2015 Eligibility Criteria
The minimum academic qualification for appearing in JEE Mains 2015 is that the applicants must have passed in final examination of class XII. Applicants can attempt JEE Main for a maximum of three times.

JEE Main 2015 Application Form is has been started from November 7, 2014 till December 18, 2014. The Application Form for JEE Main 2015 is online ONLY. Students need to fill the particulars, upload their photograph, signature and left thumb impression in JPEG formats and submit the Online JEE Main 2015 Application form. Students can edit their Online JEE Main 2015 Application Form only before payment of the Application Fees. Last year, the new change was that applicants DID NOT need to send any document or confirmation page to the JEE Main office. Given below are the modalities of the JEE Main 2015 Application Procedure.
